In these cold winter days it is always nice to tinker or play indoors. At our home the knotter is popular and there the most beautiful necklaces and bracelets are made.
Recently we came across a nice craft idea. A wooden sheep with holes where you can thread your own wool and make a real woolen sheep! We have made a free worksheet for you.
The real DIY professionals use the worktop to cut an old plank or other piece of wood into the right shape. With a large size drill you make the holes.
Of course you can also opt for the somewhat easier version and use the cardboard of an old box. Then make sure to use a good pair of scissors or sharp blades and use a small pair of scissors for the holes. Now your child can thread it with thick wool until the sheep has a nice thick coat!
