Fresh Bean Meal – Let’s Go


* Half a kilo of green beans,

* 1 medium onion,

* 1 tablespoonful of tomato paste,

* If tomato sauce is not available, 1 medium tomato,

* 1 teaspoon of red sweet ground pepper,

* 1 teaspoon of cumin,

* Half a teaspoon of black pepper,

* Enough salt.

PREPARATION: First of all, we clean the green beans and cut them into pieces of the size we want. When the cleaning process is finished, we wash the green beans. We are preparing our pot. Add oil to the pot. Peel the skins of 1 medium onion and finely chop it. We add the chopped onions to the liquid oil. Let it fry for 2 minutes. After the onions are roasted, we add the tomato paste into it, we fry it a little, then we add the tomato sauce or the tomatoes that we cut into tiny pieces. We continue to fry. After a little roasting, we add the green beans and mix. Add the ground red pepper, cumin, black pepper and salt. Add enough water to cover the beans, mix and let it cook. Enjoy your meal.
