We love the mince pies. What if it’s broccoli? Some of us know that broccoli should be consumed because of its benefits, but they cannot love it. I am lucky in this regard. Everyone in our house loves broccoli. That’s why I have a wide variety of broccoli recipes. But for the first time, I tried the recipe for pasta with minced meat and broccoli. I wanted it to be an alternative for those who can’t like broccoli but try to love it. Of course, already broccoli lovers should try this recipe anyway.   • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 large onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Salt

  • Paprika (optional)

Key point

Now I only use whole wheat pasta. I strongly recommend it to you. It is not at all noticeable that the pasta, whose flavor is enriched with extra ingredients such as sauce and minced meat, is whole wheat.

You used whole wheat to make pasta consumption a little more innocent. I have a few more tips for healthy pasta consumption. Boil the pasta the day before you will eat it. Pasta that you keep in the refrigerator overnight and consume the next day becomes more innocent. Also, boil the pasta as long as it takes. Pasta that is boiled for a long time puts our health and weight control at more risk. One last tip about it. Consume pasta with protein-containing foods. Pasta consumed with protein-rich foods such as minced meat and yogurt is more innocent.

Do you complain that the ground beef gets lumpy when you roast it? Try frying the minced meat on the lowest heat, stirring frequently.

Minced Broccoli Pasta Recipe

1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

2. At the end of the boiling time, set aside 1 glass of the boiling water. Leave the rest in the pot and remove the pasta from the pasta water with the help of a colander and drain it.

3. Throw the broccoli you cut into flowers in the boiling water from which you took the pasta. Boil the broccoli in boiling water for 3 minutes. At the end of the time, pour the boiling water and drain the broccoli.

4. Fry the broccoli, which you have drained, in a pan with a little olive oil and finely chopped garlic until golden brown.

5. Finely chop the onion and the garlic finely.

6. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan in which you will fry the minced meat and heat it. Next, add 2 tablespoons of butter and melt it.

7. Add the onions and garlic to the oils and fry them.

8. When the color of the onions starts to turn, add the minced meat on them. Lower the pan and fry the minced meat on low heat, stirring frequently.

9. With the help of a spatula, close to the roasting of the ground beef, push the ground meat aside in the pan to make a gap. Add the tomato paste to the hole you have opened and fry it until its smell comes out. If necessary, add the water you have separated from the boiling water of the pasta into the tomato paste little by little. Do not forget to stir the ground meat on one side of the pan while roasting the tomato paste.

10. When the tomato paste is cooked, mix it with the ground beef. Add the paprika, salt and pepper. If it has increased from the boiling water, add the remaining water to the minced meat with tomato paste and continue cooking.

11. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the saucepan where you boiled the pasta. Add the drained pasta and the ground meat with tomato paste that you cooked and mix well.

12. Check the seasonings at this stage. Add spices according to your desire.

13. Finally, add the boiled and lightly fried broccoli to the pasta with minced meat.
