Strawberry Cake Recipe – Let’s Go

MATERIALS:

*2 eggs,

For the Custard;

*2.5 cups of milk, (500 ml)

* 1 egg yolk,

* 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar,

* 3 tablespoons of flour (sifted),

* 1 tablespoon of butter,

*1 packet of vanilla.

For Strawberry Sauce;

* 1 bowl of strawberries (you can use other fruit if you wish)

* 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar,

* 1 tablespoon of starch (sifted).

PREPARATION: First of all, we start with the dough. Add 2 eggs and 1 tea glass of granulated sugar into a deep bowl. Whisk until foamy and white. Add 1 tea glass of milk, 1 tea glass of oil. We sift 3 tea glasses of flour and add the sifted flour. After adding 1 packet of baking powder on it, we whisk it until it reaches a smooth consistency. We set the oven to 160 degrees and warm it up a little. We grease the baking dish in which you will use the dough and pour the dough into it. (I poured my round pyrex into a container). When the oven is hot, we place the dough and wait for it to bake. (You can check the dough with a toothpick). While waiting for the cake to bake, we are preparing the pudding. In a saucepan, we add 1 egg yolk, 2 glasses of milk, 1 tea glass of granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour (sifted) and whisk. Stir the pudding until it boils. After the pudding boils, we take it out of the fire and add 1 tablespoon of butter and vanilla and mix it for the last time. We leave the pudding aside to cool. Let’s prepare the strawberry sauce. We wash 1 bowl of strawberries, remove the stems and pass the strawberries through the rondo. Pour it into a small saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of starch and mix until it boils. When it boils, we take it off the fire. When our cake is baked, we wait for it to pass the temperature and when the temperature passes, we take it out of the mold. Pour the cooled custard over the cake and smooth it over. Pour the strawberry sauce over the pudding. To decorate, wash the strawberries and slice them thinly. We place the sliced ​​strawberries on it the way we want.
